Joanne E. Bowser, 62, died Sept. 6, 2014, at the home of her brother, Daryl, after a battle with lung cancer.She was born in Manitoba, Canada, on May 16, 1952. She was the daughter of Garfield Bowser and the late Adelle (Mossey) Kirouac. She grew up in Peterborough and graduated from Con-Val Regional High School. In earlier years, she worked as a paralegal for several law firms in the area. She also was a mediator, massage therapist and most recently, a licensed nursing assistant in Bennington, Vt. She was very strong and spiritual. She always had Maltese dogs, which she loved. She enjoyed buying and selling antiques.The family includes her father, Garfield Bowser of Halifax, Nova Scotia; her sister, Dawne Bishop, and her husband, Bud, of Hollywood, Fla.; her brothers Kevin Bowser, David Bowser of Belmont and Daryl Bowser and his wife, Tracy, of Manchester; her nieces, Jackie Moss of Florida, Danielle Bowser of Manchester; her nephew, Travis Bowser of Florida; great-nieces and great-nephews; aunts, uncles and cousins.
